Roles and Responsibilities
- Business Analyst experience in e-commerce
- 4-5+ years strong experience with high volume hybris B2C / B2B eCommerce systems
- Responsible for the requirement gathering, preparation of use case document, business requirements document , functional specification and functional test cases
- Perform functionality testing before the release and demo to the business and IT teams
- Liaison between development and testing team
- Support system integration testing and UAT
- Single point of contact for any requirements gap, interaction with customer for any change in requirements
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodologies & processes
We are looking between 4 to 12 Years of experience.
