1. Work as Business Analyst and work closely with Operations team in COS to identify opportunities that can result in capacity save, efficiency, enhance client experience.
2. Able to create business case for the identified opportunities within COS function or through Line of Business. 
3. Will provide ongoing support to stakeholders for BAU activities. 
4. Knowledge in SQL and Tableau to automate metrics reporting as needed. 
5. Troubleshoot and provide solution using SQL queries. 
6. Work independently on BAU activities and adhere to the timelines on the frequency of metrics reporting. 
7. Take complete accountability and ownership of the work assigned with no escalations. 

Responsibilities

1. Experience in Global Markets / Investment Banking Ops.
2. Understand the data sources and interpret the data in context to the business requirement. 
3. Analyze data to propose solution with respect to consolidation of metrics or visualization using Tableau. 
4. Working with data/facts, partner with other teams in COS and collaborate to deliver results as per requirement. 
5. Data knowledge and Business Analyst experience
