ABOUT THE SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS POSITION :

WIN is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team in India. You will be part of a multi-disciplined team building cutting edge digital products and solutions to transform the massive real estate services industry.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Become a subject matter expert by rapidly gaining deep understanding of our business, and future needs for enhancing and building business applications and digital products.
2. Develop, analyze, and validate project plans and supporting documentation, including business requirements, user stories, project tasks, functional and technical design specifications, use cases, data migration plans, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
3. Act as a liaison between business and tech teams to convert requirements into digital products for web, mobile, apps and VR.
4. Demonstrate ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
5. Support design, development, testing and rollout of digital products and applications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

1. 5+ years of experience in business analysis and software development of customer facing products and applications
2. Highly articulate with the ability to facilitate sessions with business and technology teams
3. Excellent knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies including JIRA, Confluence or equivalent
4. Strong fundamentals in CRM applications, databases, data modeling, ETL, and BI tools
5. Team player, willingness to adapt and take constructive feedback
6. Strong work ethic, high integrity, and positive attitude
