The Role

• Design and development of application solutions incorporating web-based user interfaces, communication layers, calculation engines, data layers and database structures.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Ensure solutions are built to best practices and patterns for application development and integration.
• Improve user experience by understanding how technology can help the user to successfully complete a task.
• Liaison with subject-matter experts, business analysts, product owners, developers, testers and architects to ensure that the proposed solution is mapped to business outcomes.
• Involvement in the promotion of developed solutions through various environments in adherence with the change control life cycle.
• Peer review of code from development team members and third-party providers, with a focus on maintainability and performance

The Requirements

• 4-9 years of experience in Python development
• Good knowledge of Data Structures, JSON, advance Python Libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Dictionaries)
• Hands on Experience for Python different API used for Web Development (Django, Flask)
• Good Knowledge of DB queries, understanding of Django ORM/ SQL Alchemy, SQL is required
• Experience in Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps is must
• Working Experience on CI/ CD and source control tool GitHub
• Knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap
• Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills with a creative and flexible attitude
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Confer with internal customers to gain understanding of needs
• Process oriented, hands on Agile methodology
• As Lead developer, experience in mentoring Junior developers will be a plus
• Experience in VBA will be a plus
