We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. It will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to develop, forecast and analyse strategic plans for our Education business in India. It will also provide exposure to the wider business activities across APAC and EMEA.

How you will make an impact:

• Manage the Financial Reporting and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly reporting for local management.
• Provide all necessary financial and narrative information to support Quarterly Business Reporting (QBR).
• Partner with business & sales leadership to establish incentive targets & plans that are equitable, challenging and motivating
• Collaborate with global Finance Team to continually look to improve reporting, systems and processes
• Wider business activities across APAC and EMEA

Who you are:

• 5-7 years prior experience in a Finance role (Multinational Organization exposure is desirable
• Degree qualification in Finance & CPA/CA qualification/MBA qualification
• Financial Reporting Systems, (SAP, Cognos & Power BI experience is desirable).
• Ability to work independently and meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional Communication skills and a highly collaborative approach.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & Access Database skills, particularly the creation of vlookups, pivot tables and macros
