What we are looking for:

HR Data Analyst, will be responsible for auditing and supporting HR data with updating and fixing the issues. The person will be an expert in Workday.

How you will make an impact:

• To create reports in workday to support regular, routine and add-hoc data audits

• The person will be responsible for Data integrity of local requirements & Global information.

• Mass loads into Workday (e2e process – template to validation).

• Manage workflow audits (Stalled / Incorrect information).

• The person will be a point of contact for mergers & Acquisitions for data related matters.

• Audit & Compliance data change approval evidence.

• Conduct audits and analysis on reporting practices.

• Collaborate with other HR team and companies in the Workday community.

• Set up & maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Partner with stakeholders to understand new audit requirements and give the simplest solution ensuring results meet the business needs

Who you are:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream

• 3 – 4 years of experience of HR Workday reporting

• Extensive Knowledge of preparing reports and analysing data .

• A strong analytical background with knowledge of common insight applications.

• Functional understanding of Workday
