Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
The incumbent will be specifically responsible for but not limited to:
- Review and assist in remediation of incomplete or missing intake questionnaires and corresponding JIRA tickets.
- Review and assist in remediation of incomplete or missing UAT test approaches documented and captured in JIRA.
- Review and assist in remediation of incomplete or missing UAT and production validations documented and captured in JIRA.
- Review Data Issue Solutions team meeting notes and help ensure that take aways are addressed and captured in JIRA.
- Help documenting and maintaining work flows and processes in JIRA.
- Assisting in management report processes as needed.
- Understanding the roles Product Owners, Business Analysts, Business PMs and provide support where needed to assist in behind the scenes / compliance / quality assurance with LRM SDLC process.
- Understanding all Agile teams supporting LRM technology work / alignment / resources.
- Assist in overall LARS technology work stream risk management under the direction of team lead
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor s, Master s degree in information technology, business, or related field, or any equivalent combination of education and 10+ years of experience required
- Strong analytical problem solving capabilities to break sophisticated problems into simpler ones
- Experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis
- Highly motivated team player and a self-starter who is accustomed to working in complex organizations, partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders, and achieving results
- Ability to work independently and exuberate leadership acumen
- Ability to build effective business partnerships and manage multiple competing priorities in an ever-changing environment. Willingness to work beyond standard business hours.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in Process / Business Transformation
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Experience with aspects of the software development life cycle, but expertise in requirement development/story writing.
