As a taster, you can expect to:

• Assist with the dissemination and mapping of Webhelp and client systems into clear and accurate data documentation allowing for the build-out of data warehouse ETL, jobs and processes
• Deliver supporting documentation and requirements for the Data Governance framework
• Work with clients creating a positive relationship that can be backed up through measurement.

To apply, you will need awareness of data platform migration, SQL, Oracle and Azure.

You will also require the following:

• The ability to use of MS Excel to unpick complex data mapping and define required logic whilst validating numbers on pivot check sheets
• Awareness of data warehousing, data modelling, writing/running SQL queries, scripting and Power BI Qlik dashboards
• Knowledge of various contact centre omni-systems and the key metrics and measures derived from them at all dimensions.
