Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create system documentation in the form of use cases, change requests, release notes, and help manuals.
- Project Manager cum Business Analyst with 3-7years experience in building software projects, good in communication and work with the client.
- Must have Strong Experience in Project Management and resource management.
- Work closely with other business users to understand and document requirement, develop test cases.
- Lead in development, testing, and deployment reviews to assure requirements are being properly addressed.
- Define and draft system scope and objectives and translate these business requirements into design specifications ensuring that requirements are effectively met, tested and implemented.
- Mandatory Skills: Should be from Application Development and Business Analysis Background.
- Desired Skills:
- Excellent degree in either business or technology disciplines.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams on delivering new systems functionality as well as troubleshooting issues.
- Experience with system and user acceptance testing, including test management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in science / engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience performing similar BA roles for ERP/CRM/enterprise-class systems.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).
- You enjoy working on projects with multiple people and share knowledge.
