Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions to fit those requirements

Write activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, flowcharts, business process descriptions, workflow, features list, user stories and software requirement specification, functional specifications, feasibility analysis

Become a subject matter expert of the product/project

Work with Product/Project Management group to roll out releases/products for which Analyst is subject matter expert

Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions

Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams

Managing project related ambiguity

Facilitation and elicitation capability

Using and applying a variety of data modelling techniques

Expertise in Visual Modelling i.e. work-flow diagrams or wireframe prototypes using various tools i.e. Balsamiq, JustInMind etc.

Experience with a few project management tools

Provide advice and technical training

Keep abreast of technology trends and developments

Experience with Magento, iOS, Android, Cross-platform, Web, PHP, MEAN, MEAR, FullStack and QA based

products/projects (future ready for IoT, AI & ML) Good in requirement elicitation

Proven experience as Business Analyst, IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role

Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting Understanding of business practices
