Role purpose:
Business Analysis of Global HR Processes
2. Confirming Automation readiness of the Global HR Processes
3. Process Design required for Robotics Process Automation Development Team
4. Understanding of UiPath RPA Tool
5. Strong communication and presentation skills to drive decisions from HR stakeholders to drive design of automations
6. Technology background – preferred but not mandatory
7. Experience in using Visio & documentation tool to prepare process flow and workflow diagrams
8. Hands on experience in preparing Business Requirements Document (BRD), Process Design Document(PDD) and user stories mappings, Story Points calculations and estimation techniques
9. Experience in Test case preparation
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Understanding of Design Thinking Principles and Scaled Agile Framework
- Experience working with captive units / shared services preferred; but not required
- Strong communication and presentation skills – Global Customer Facing role
- Directly responsible for Process Design for automations and supporting all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – Test strategy, Test preparation, Systems Testing and User Acceptance Testing Execution
- To report progress, issues and risks and provide line of escalation through to Program Manager
Key performance indicators
- Market engagement including Change Impact Assessments, Supporting Testing, deployment, hypercare BAU phases of typical Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
