Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Dive deep into a variety of Ad hoc human capital analyses to develop informed, meaningful insights that lead to data-driven decision making
2. Extend support to HR head in preparing for various senior-level reviews regionally
3. Keep a continuous tab on market practices and trends around benefits, hiring, etc. and provide periodic updates for proactive management actions
4. Monitor the existing and the new HR analytical tools successfully to enhance the usage and enable teams to maximize the outcomes
5. Drive centralized HR reporting to HR senior management team that provides them a steer around key HR metrics
