Roles and Responsibilities

Job description

• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
• Creating a detailed business requirements documents, functional specification documents, user manuals, release notes, etc.
• Mock-ups preparation, process flow charts
• Working with cross functional teams (Dev, QA, Automation, UI)
• Skilled in JIRA, MS-Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Multiple projects experience
• Fintech domain
• Helping the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint (or other period of time).
• Facilitating scrum events (daily stand ups, other meetings) as needed.
• Capacity planning, User stories estimation, Maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs by working with Product Owner
• Helping the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
• Keeping the organization, particularly the projects stakeholders, up to date on the progress of the scrum teams projects via metrics, dashboards, etc
