Roles and Responsibilities

• Be a single point of contact for driving process improvements and improving quality score on documents reviewed.
• Handling a team of Quality and Manage the team activities end to end.
• Manage entire data related Quality department.
• Reviewing New project protocol and listing out clarifications and co-ordinate with required teams.
• Be a part of New project client meeting and Trainings.
• Be up to date with all projects Protocols.
• Learn how to do searches and pull the Audit data from Tool.
• Create a Strategic Audit plan based on Project Protocol with the Quality team.
• Drive regular Briefings to the teams and Individuals on areas to be focused on.
• Share your samples of Identifier numbers with category wise which you feel should be tested in Biweekly/ Monthly knowledge check.
• Collect and share Identifier numbers and screenshots to build a training repository.
• Working closely with Trainer and take proactive measurements in updating training repository, which is used for New batch training and Knowledge checks.
• Track and share category wise accuracy, error contribution to quality and RCA for the team at regular intervals.
• Feedback and coaching to the teams on errors identified and coach them in curbing process gaps.
• Perform areas of improvement for low-performing Analysts and identify training need.
• Test additional fields in the protocol with the team on their understanding before implementation.
• Collaborate with the Training and Operations team to drive process improvements.
• Provide data analysis support on a need basis to the Leadership team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent Default Protocol Process Knowledge
• Preferable if have experience into handling relativity tool and get hands-on experience in creating searches and audit plan
• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, Specifically MS Excel
• Ability to relate process Goals with Quality Goals
• Good written and verbal communication
• Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
