Analyse databases like coStar and REIS and analyse rent rolls to build projections
Work on automation using Python, Excel
Develop stored procedures using SQL

Required Candidate profile
5+ yrs Financial Modeling using Excel, VBA, SQL
Python experience is a plus
Strong experience in Real estate financial modelling and credit analysis for residential, multifamily etc
