What you ll be doing…
- Managing users, sites, and connections in Looker tool.
- Managing server space and services.
- Setting up automation and alerts to monitor server and services.
- Troubleshooting client access-related issues.
- Monitoring server activity/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues/enhancements.
- Looker and Qlik administration activities; including monitoring, capacity management, performance optimization, and reporting.
- Working on server upgrades and patches.
- Troubleshooting Looker Qlik Server-related issues.
- Troubleshooting server security issues and refreshing server SSL certs and remediating vulnerabilities.
Providing 24×7 Support of Looker, QLIK, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot environments.
Where you ll be working:
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we re looking for…
You will need to have:
- Bachelor s degree with four or more years of experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Qlik/Loker Server Architecture and building a Qlik environment.
- Experience with writing Powershell scripts interacting with Qlik environment.
- Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- Experience with performance tuning of Qlik Apps.
- Experience with using Qlik REST API and Qlik Web Connectors.
- Experience writing effective QMC security rules for user access privilege maintenance.
- Experience supporting Qlik environment and troubleshooting issues based on the Qlik logs.
