• 4-8 years of experience working in Banking & Financial Services domain
• Should work as Business Analyst in Banking & Financial Services domain
• Should have good understanding of finance (ledger, financial reporting) and banking products
• Understanding of different systems for various banking products in the domain
• Should have prior experience in at least one domain– Retail / Corporate banking, Trade finance, Treasury, Finance
• Should have played a client facing role with experience in user discussions and requirement documentations

Desirable:

• Understanding of basic SQL concepts and data management
• Experience in regulatory reporting domain is an added advantage

Qualifications

• Track, analyze and understand regulator reporting instructions for the jurisdiction
• Prepare and document report specifications for regulatory reporting
• Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, user stories, and manage the requirements throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in testing efforts in conjunction with QA teams
• Provide functional support to client teams during the requirement discussions and user acceptance testing process
