Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored or customized deal centric proposal content

• Co-ordinate with key stakeholders such as Solution Architects, Commercials teams to gather inputs and articulate them in the response

• Engaging with a range of other internal support teams to source and validate sales information

• Hands on experience in writing proposals, deck making, research and coordination, presales support for RFP, RFQ processes, ensuring the bids/enquiries are responded and submitted in a timely manner

• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings

• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills in English (Very important)

• Good understanding in reviewing proposal documents

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Competency in Microsoft Office applications is a must

• Ability to work on tight deadlines

• Avid interest in technology, science, computer games, books

• Good academic background. ( can be commiserated with equivalent experience or technical knowledge)

• BBA, Btech, BCA, BSc Computer Science etc

• Experience : 1-2 year
