Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work with Product managers and engineers to produce and maintain User Guides, Help Files and Knowledge Base articles for Support teams.
Knowledge in setup and running RoboHelp tool and TFS Source Control for maintaining workitems
Should have very high level understanding of Desktop and Web applications, Database, Operating Systems etc.
Learn complex product concepts and communicate the information in a way that is understood by Engineers, Product Owners and Support teams.
Work as a Business Analyst in understanding Business requirements and transform them to Functional requirements.
Collaborate with Product Owner and Technical team to understand the user requirements and write-up the User stories.
Proactive individual with great enthusiasm and team spirit
Should be able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time
