Job Location: Noida
1)Identifying pain areas during discovery phase.
2)Preparing business case that covers cost-benefit analysis.
3)Stakeholder Identification.
4)Gather business requirements from stakeholder and document statement of requirement including business justification.
5)Requirement Analysis.
6)Explain business requirement to technical delivery team.
7)Provide clarification on business requirement to technical team.
8)Review the cost from technical delivery team and challenge them.
9)Able to communicate clearly with business stakeholder and technical delivery team.
10)Work as UAT stakeholder representing business.
Pre-requisites
1)Good knowledge of Telecom Billing domain.
2)Experience of working on at least one telecom billing system like Geneva, Amdocs of 2-3 years.
3)At least 3 years of experience in requirement gathering and analysis.
4)Excellent communication skills.
5)Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
6)Excellent negotiation skills.
