Job Location: Bengaluru

Maintain the integrity of Sales territory s records, working with sales managers and sales reps to ensure correct assignments.

• Maintain territory data and Client Sales Cloud, Sales Dashboards Running reports for sales intelligence and forecasting by building analysis
• Be a member of the Client University Business Intelligence Super user community, Review collected data for accuracy, and present findings to the Operations Director/Manager
• Delivery of On Boarding training for new Sales Members, on operations procedures and systems to ensure Sales member spends less time in processes with maximum time to customer
• Provide support to sales as a Help Desk or Deal Desk member for structuring of deals and processing deals in the system
  Handle or escalate issues and queries connected to the data collection and processing process, quickly, accurately and professionally
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal support groups (back office Operations teams etc), to ensure data processing is managed in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage and respond to queries and questions related to Sales Cloud, Quoting Tools, Approvals and process, in a timely and professional manner
• Update and maintain Operations internal websites and portal
• Operate in line with Client and OU business policies and procedures, ensuring sales adherence to business practices

Maintain documentation of the processes related to Sales transactions

Profile:

• Highly computer literate – Essential
  Excellent English verbal and written communication skills – Essential
  Advanced MS Excel skills – Essential
• Knowledge of SQL and experience of running SQL queries in Client SQL developer – Good to have
• Experience in using Client Sales Cloud (Fusion CRM) – Good to have
  Accuracy and attention to detail
  Excellent planning, Organising and Presentation skills, ability to prioritize workload

• 1-2 years experience in a similar job role – Recommended
