Responsibilities

• Create multiple data visualization systems with accurately informative visuals and easy to use

UI

o Query data from multiple data sources (Google Cloud database, SAP, MS SQL etc) and combine

them into a single table

o Group & clean the data and prepare data for statistical analysis

o Use R programming and perform advanced statistical analysis and create interactive plots for

Weibull, Log normal and other advanced statistical distributions

o Use visualization tools like Rshiny to publish visual apps within Valeo organization

o Maintain the R server and ensure continued availability of the data visualization system with

100% uptime

o Time to time find and resolve bugs in the visuals and UI

o Learn new visualization tools like Tableau / Power BI depending on business need

• Use text and data mining techniques to extract essential information from test reports

o Extract test results data from test reports stored in Word and PDF formats

o Use advanced text mining techniques for faster and accurate data extraction

• Make accurate statistical predictions with machine learning algorithms and statistical analyses

o Use data mining and text mining skills to extract required information from complaint database

o Group and categories data by country, region, location, year, model, customer etc.

o Perform predictive statistical analysis using machine learning algorithms like Regression

Analysis (Linear, Logistic and Polynomial), Decision Tree, Decision forest and Time series

analysis

o Improve forecasts & predictions from time to time by exploratory analysis techniques and

studying sensitiveness of the predictive variables
