Roles and Responsibilities
| The person should be able to analyse the requirement and make processes as per the directives given by the senior management of the organisation.
l The person should be able to deep dive into the business process, SOP and re engineer them as per need basis and drive the process till its completion.
l The person will have to coordinate with various stakeholders to drive the project as expected by the management
l The person should be able to understand business process and drive to identify and correct gaps if any.
l The person will be responsible in preparation of business plans / cases on strategies being proposed to the leadership team and successful roll-out of various strategic initiatives in line with the firms overall strategy.
l Actively involved in client survey development and execution, conducting focus group interviews, program evaluation, feedback analysis.
l Involved in development, creation and execution of external and internal marketing communication campaigns to support corporate objectives.
l Should be proficient in presentation in designing and development.
l Worked closely with management team to understand their needs, gather project requirements and present reports on timely basis
