Experience: 4 to 6 years in BA (pref. in E-learning/EdTech),

immediate Joinee, Excellent communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

To conduct in-depth analysis and formulate a scope as per Client requirement and evaluation of Business processes, systems and industry standards.

1. Requirement Gathering using various elicitation techniques, gap analysis, prioritize requirements, and create wireframes as required.
2. Keep clear communication with Client and internal Development and QA teams through calls and emails.
3. Discuss requirement with Technical team for feasibility, efforts and timelines, and convey the same to the project management team.
4. Work closely with Design team to built the best user experience using the on-going trends.
5. Experience in Agile methodologies and Create and facilitate Sprint plan for implementation.
6. Conduct update meetings, follow ups and maintain a continuous discussion bridge with all the intended team members.
7. Work closely with Sales, Support and Project Management teams to handle client issues and requirements.
8. Keep constant market research to understand growing features, changing e-learning standards, and identify improvements for system.
9. Quick learner, strong analytical and problem solving skills and fluency in communication.
10. Strong understanding and Experience with UML.
11. Understands and is experienced in generating the appropriate documentation for technical team for estimation as well as for production implementation management.
12. Good analytical skills, Good understanding of web-based systems, excellent command over written and spoken English.
13. Experience in Edtech/E-Learning/Performance Management/LMS domain is an advantage
