❖ Responsibilities – Procurement Analytics: • Conduct market research, Research on Price, Demand Supply, New Supplier.

➢ Vendor research and prepare vendor profiles / Vendor Strategy.

➢ China Market and Monthly Commodity report.

➢ Weekly price report, Updates on category through industry reports.

➢ Attend exhibitions, events related to the respective categories.

• Basic Analytics:

➢ Data extraction, consolidation, Data enrichment and spend classification.

➢ On Demand Analytics, Risk & Compliance, DoA Analysis.

• Track & Review SLAs:

➢ SLA and KPI tracking & monitoring, Publish MIS reports.

➢ Conduct monthly reviews, Provide / Collate inputs, and suggestions Desirable requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent scientific/Engineering degree and/or post-graduate in Environment / Safety from reputed institutes (Preferred)

• Power BI(preferred), Tableau, Qlik, Excel(mandatory), Macros

• Basic Procurement understanding (preferred)

• Data analysis of spend management, have worked on spend reports (Mandatory)

• Experience in SAP (preferred)/Price trend/MIS • Minimum 5 years of work experience into data analytics

• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
