Hence, analytical and reporting skills to detect inefficiencies in the work practices and recommend corrective measures to increase productivity providing better and optimized services.

Supporting Actions
Data Analytics
Analyse performance of all plants by monitoring their MIS and escalating alert cases to ensure timely action
Create comparison reports post capturing deviations between PB and monthly forecast
Create historical data analysis and generate statistical forecast at Zonal level
Prepare different permutations combinations of reports to ensure proper analysis of trends
Industry Analysis
Conduct Industry growth and market share related analysis – monthly / quarterly, study key value drivers for business, peer comparison and analyse customer mix / product mix
MIS
Analyze reports to monitor the efficiency, availability and breakdown of TMs, pumps plants, OTE at plant, OTD, OTE at site, VDMS and VTS and recommend action plan
Analyze standard reports for Segmentation (Retail / Project / Government), Market Share, Price Comparison, VAC sales, VAC Volumes and Ughai and recommend action plan
Prepare operations and marketing related reports, analysis and performance review meeting presentation data at Zonal Level
