Role Description:

Manage all research related activities for the clients and oversee vendor and field management. Coordinate with internal teams such as survey programming, data processing, and coding teams to ensure timely completion of projects. Serve as a single point of contact for the client. You should know how to create questionnaires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create the project schedule and check feasibility of project execution
• Organize meetings with internal stakeholders such as survey programming, data processing and coding teams
• Set up the survey link and questionnaire, define sampling plan, and identify potential bottlenecks
• Ensure quality measures are followed and necessary data checks are performed
• Post survey, create report shell template and populate standard deliverables
• Perform verbatim analysis and QC client deliverables
• Prepare final charting presentation, create storyboard, update headlines, and develop Excel scorecards

Qualifications/Certifications

• Any Graduate

What are we looking for?

• Experienced in online surveys. Should be able to create client-friendly questionnaires
• Well versed in sampling, quota design, field management
• Prior experience working with international clients
• Good at MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
