• Support subject matter expert in RWA, LRD and Basel-III reporting
• Deliver detail understanding on RWA / LRD calculation approaches and treatment for banking book and trading book products
• Support to provide month on month analysis to respective business owners and CFO teams on a monthly basis. Reporting and analytics are further utilized by Regional Treasury and other senior management reports
• Provide meaningful business insightful comments with reporting and analytics.
• Review & analyze the RWA / LRD numbers and have thorough understanding of the templates / calculations performed.
• Provide efficient analysis with mark-to-market moves and accurate drivers (Asset class/ RWA factor/ exposure type) information to senior decision making bodies.
• Provide senior management with ad-hoc analysis

The Treasury Management Reporting and Analytics Service Line team has been created to deliver best in class reporting and analysis to support the decision making processes relating to management and optimization of balance sheet, leverage, capital and liquidity & funding resources for UBS group, business divisions and legal entities.
The RAS – Treasury Management Service Line is split into three areas – RWA / LRD & Balance Sheet, Group & Regional Treasury and Liquidity & Funding.

The role is for an additional team member for the RWA / LRD & Balance Sheet team responsible for reporting for Group, UBS business divisions, regional and legal entities.

You have –

• Higher degree in finance and / or professional qualification
• Minimum four to five years of experience in financial service industry, of which at least two to three years in RWA / LRD / Regulatory / Treasury reporting and analysis
• Sound knowledge of bank’s balance sheet and capital risk analytics matrix concepts (e.g., PD, LGD, EAD, etc.)
• Experience in risk management, regulatory compliance and financial reporting
• Good analytical and review skills
• Experience in Business Objects / Reporting tools would be an added advantage
• Exposure to tools such as Micro-Strategy, Alteryx, Robotics, Python, Power BI or Tableau a plus
• Advance MS office knowledge (Excel, Word and MS Access)
• Excellent communication / writing skills
• Good team player and commitment to deliver with high quality
• Ability to liaise with all levels including senior management and to manage tight deadlines
• Attention to detail but able to maintain big picture and convey complex messages to senior management
