Your role
Are you an analytical thinker and would you like to further develop your skills in a fast-paced environment? Are you well-organized and confident in dealing with various deliverables driven by Headcount and Financial Planning? We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to strengthen our team in India and:
- Be a driving force in shaping the future CDIO workforce and its capability
- Provide project management and execution support across key organizational global workforce initiatives
- Support in ideation/strategic planning for new workforce initiatives and develop business cases/models to support these
- Periodic tracking and reporting on key workforce KPIs/metrics including preparation of executive updates, presentations/dashboards for key forums/stakeholders
- Liaise with Recruitment, Operations, Business Management and Technology Functions to ensure alignment to the overall vision and strategic objectives
Your team
The Workforce, Process & Financial Management team is part of the Operating Management Sector within CDIO COO. The team is responsible for delivering and providing support on workforce and finance-related services, including but not limited to headcount and financial modelling, strategic updates to senior management and stakeholders, and execution tracking of strategic initiatives.
Your expertise
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance or Business Administration
- Previous program/project management experience, preferably in Banking or Consulting
- Excellent problem-solving combined with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as with stakeholders and colleagues towards common objectives
