We are looking for a Staff Engineer/architect ML engineer to bootstrap the global participation ML engineering team:

• Improveexistingsearch engineandrecommendationsystems,experimentwithnewdirections,andprovideMLsolutions in recommendation systems withinTwitter.
• Build models and algorithms to understand user interest, user intent, and improve contentrelevancy.
• Build features and develop new rankingalgorithms.
• Workcloselywithliveproductionsystemsandproduct teams,anddeliversolutionsatscalewithintheTwitter techstack
• Amastercollaboratorwhocanworkwithallcross-functionalstakeholdersincludingresearchers,designers,datascientists,product managers,andengineers tounderstandanddefineproduct requirementsandroadmap.
• Note:Weexpectcandidatestonotonlydesign/buildrecommendationsystemsbutalsodeploytheminproductionandso software engineering skills/experience are amust.
