Job Location: Hosur

Purpose

The role will be responsible for building complex decision algorithms, project management of analytics projects and coaching team mates on data sciences

Responsibilities:

• Build out data analytics foundations for COFE: HR, Finance, TQC
• Manage vendor partners to deliver multiple, simultaneous projects
• Create Optimization and forecasting models for Finance HR TQM
• Create digital and Employee analytics tools for COFE function
• Create design of experiments for COFE functions
• Partner with data engineers and vendor partners in building data analytics systems

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess atleast a Engineering/equivalent.
• Atleast 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Middle Level/Management.
