• Overall, 8-15 Years of Experience in IT Industry
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ Years of Experience in Data Governance, Data Catalog, Business Glossary.
• Good understanding and experience of data governance activities and principles.
• Define Data Stewardship Framework
• Define Data Standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Governance
• Design and configure operating model for consumption
• Test and perform application upgrades
• Outline and apply software development best practices
• Daily operational support of the application including job monitoring, Production Monitoring, and health management
• Upgrades and patches
• An understanding of data management processes.
• Technical skills, experience of managing large volume of data through technical tools (such as SAS/ SQL/Excel)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
• Experience in executing Cloud based Datawarehouse or Big Data Programs
• Strong exposure to Agile based methodologies, scrum, Change management etc.,
• Excellent interpersonal and highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
