- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage all project documentation.
- Track project timelines and tasks.
- Assist management in the implementation of and monitoring the adherence to project governance practices and policies.
- Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes.
- Make necessary changes, use client input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectations.
- Provides consultive support to functional owners and stakeholders regarding configuration and system functionality to automate processes and address business issues.
- Mentors and provides support to team members and promotes continuous learning. Building successful and effective working relationships.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
- Provides weekly status reporting, risk & issue log, and application updates. Appropriately escalates issues that may put projects, deliverables, timelines, or day to day support at risk.
- Contributes with engagement with external vendors for support, enhancements, roadmap discussions and issue reporting/escalation.
- Responsible for configuration of application according to design requirements and specifications. Works with functional team to optimize processes and evolve to best meet business needs.
- Responsible for Tier 2 support escalations and issue resolution, supports change management with system information.
- Participate in system testing assessment and project development lifecycle.
- Assists with day-to-day management of IT applications and services.
- Champions data and process governance.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Technology related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the technology support and project management experience or in a related area, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.
- Prefer proficiency in Yardi and/or MRI applications.
- Ability to quickly pick up and master cloud-based applications and services.
- Strong data analysis skills to quickly make sense of large amount of disparate data.
- Extensive experience evaluating requirements and specs for testing, implementing and deployment.
- Hands on configuration of applications, evaluating impact and supporting releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Prefer Technical knowledge of databases (SQL).
- Project Management & Organization.

- Ability to work closely with highly technical team members and weigh technical considerations against business requirements to develop solutions.
- Applies deep knowledge of data accuracy, corporate policies and data security to any aspects of the project.
