• You will design and build insight driven reports, and dashboards that provide real-time and easy access to customer feedback across the organization
• You will synthesize complex data and create presentations that display meaningful visual stories aligned to business objectives
• You will complete ad-hoc reporting and data analysis using querying and data visualization tools
• You will perform quality assurance on reporting and dashboard deliverables to ensure quality of both data and analysis
• You will extract, analyze and use data to build surveys, dashboards, reports and business cases to support continuous improvement efforts
• You will continuously monitor customer feedback dashboards to identify emerging trends and issues and perform deep dive analysis

Impact Youll Make:

What You will Bring

• 5+ years of experience in customer feedback or survey analytics, statistical analysis
• Bachelors in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Math or Analytics /BI related field
• Experience with building reports and dashboards using Tableau (or like)
• Experience using R or Python or SPSS or a similar scripting language/tool for statistical analysis (Javascript experience would also be ideal, though not mandatory)
• Experience with creating reports, visualizations and dashboard and communicating results and analysis to different audiences
• Ability to work cross functionality and collaboratively
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
