CPO is a market leader in Orthotics & Prosthetics industry in the US. CPO’s India Knowledge Center provides revenue cycle management (RCM), compliance, marketing, and analytics services to the US healthcare market. The company is backed by Ventureast & InvAscent. We are looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to oversee our analytics function and lead our team of analysts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and objectives
- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
- Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources
- Select, configure, and implement analytics solutions
- Lead and develop a team of data analysts
- Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality
- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
- Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
- Data analytics to guide tactical & strategic business decisions
- Build, develop, maintain data models, reporting systems, data extraction, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
- Support executive management team in business decision making, strategic and tactical analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/Post-graduate equivalent from reputed institutions
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in business analytics
- Proficiency in using Advanced MS Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI/Tableau
- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus
- Exposure to the US healthcare industry is a plus
- Superb communication skills
- Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
- Attention to detail, with a problem-solving aptitude
Work timing: 4 PM IST to 1 AM IST
