Roles and Responsibilities
- Produce technical/functional specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to analyst programmers/project team
- Develop functional specifications that design and document desired outcome of system enhancement/development
- Coordinate testing to ensure overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of system enhancement/development
- Ensuring business requirements are managed throughout project and program lifecycle
Track Projects and Keep the Management update on the various stages and build a culture of no surprises.
- Accuracy and timeliness of output
- Minimal change requests
Positive/negative feedback Regular system testing completed on time
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
- Technical knowledge of programming, system design, IT infrastructure and database concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills
- Strong Documentation skills
- PM and Scrum Skills
- Min 3 years of experience as IT Business Analyst in Insurance
- Max of 8 years of total experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- We would prefer person with Insurance experience
