Key Responsibilities and Duties
- .Partner with other HR functions and implement HR Programs effectively and efficiently.
- Handling data related to attrition, headcount, performance and Drive and support decision making through data analysis. Prepare BU dashboard for all the business verticals.
- Support Employee Engagement by partnering with business for action plans.
- Partner with COEs to ensure fairness and effectiveness at each stage in the associate life cycle.
- Investigates and resolves non-complex employee complaints within required time frames to minimize risk.
- Facilitates relocation services (domestic and international) and immigration services.
- Coaches first line managers and supervisors on performance and disciplinary actions.
- Leverages multiple systems and/or manual sources to produce regular or ad hoc HR metric reports, including headcount and turnover, in support of business needs.
