Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and remedy defects within the production process
2. Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
3. Compile and analyze statistical data
4. Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process
5. Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
6. Investigate customer complaints and product issues
