Job Location: Chennai
- You will be part ofRetail Product Development Team, playing the role of a Business Analyst meansdesign and create solutions to global retail lending / deposit Marketrequirements
- You will work closely with other stakeholders of the Developmentteam that includes Engineers, Quality assurance, Configurators and DeliveryManagers besides other BAs in the Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Product Managers and Senior BAs to undertake requirement gathering with clients, prospects and/or internal stakeholders.
- Create functional specification (FSD) documents with guidance from team members in a clear and concise manner that can be easily understood without ambiguity by the Technical team.
- Serve as a SPOC forthe Technical team to clarify ambiguity and help steer project team as neededtowards Product development objectives
- Work with QualityAssurance to ensure thorough testing of new software before release
- Prepare suitable userguides and collateral for new developments
- Ensure metrics,deadlines, and record-keeping obligations established by management are met
- Work independentlyand in a collaborative nature
- Supportissues that need business team intervention to clarify the queries of theclients
- Achieves and Maintains highest Proficiency level in and contributes to multiple competency areas of Core Functional streams
- Able to effectivelyshare the knowledge and mentor less experienced Consultants from TEMENOS andPartner organizations, promoting adherence to TEMENOS methodologies and qualitystandards
- Provide product demo to internal and external stakeholders
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- BE/BTech/MBA candidate with 3 to 7 Years of experience in a top tier software company / Bank in a progressive role in product management/business Analysis with a focus on Retail Lending and Retail Deposits, is a must
- Freshmanagement graduates can also be considered based on knowledge and skill set
- Strongpractical, working knowledge of Agile SDLC is essential
- Experiencein working across teams in Software Development, Quality Assurance, Consultingand Product Support
- Ability tocommunicate and interact with internal stakeholders and clients
- Knowledge in /familiarity with any of the CORE Banking / Retail Lending systems is anadvantage
