Business Analyst
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months extendable through Q4 2023
Job Responsibilities:
• Create Business processes and understand existing systems
• Perform Gap Analysis
• Define Future state process workflows and data models
• Develop recommendations and future state strategy
• Produce and deliver required documents
Must Haves:
• 4+ Years professional experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
o Business Analysis Skills
o Requirements elicitation
o Data Analysis
o Process & Data Modeling
o Testing
o User training
o Documentation
o Vendor Management
o Strong Understanding of SDLC (Agile is preferred)
• 4+ tears Life science Industry experience (pharma, biotech, medical devices) ***
• Experience in R&D Informatics systems such as LIMS, ELN etc. **
• Scientific Background whether that is a degree in Biology or Chemistry OR experience working in a life science industry OR data science background
Nice to Haves:
• eLN, Data Integration, Biopharma Operations
• Process Development experience
• Programming experience (AWS/Angular/Redshift)
• Tableau or Spotfire
Location: This is an onsite role in Cambridge, MA. Expectation is a 3-4 days/week on site.
