DESCRIPTION:

Brief Description: As an analyst, you will support the Lightening Platform and T-CRM within Salesforce for the sales team, specifically using your analytical and critical thinking skills for maintenance and development. Also, support future divisional integrations, analytics, data management and documentation.

This role requires technical skills, diligence, ability to create documentation, and an eagerness to learn.

Previous experience with relational databases, data normalization, parent-child relationships, object structure, field mapping, and dataflows are necessary.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:


Administrative and T-CRM (Einstein Analytics) Tasks in Salesforce

 Review, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues expressed by the sales team

 Collect, enter, and/or test data into analytics tools

 Test sandbox and production data against source/ERP

 Support planned deployment activities

 Aid with defining scope and requirements


Assist with testing of new functionalities and enhancements


Aid with building and implementing Salesforce solutions

 Monitors function, data, and effectiveness of sales reporting tools and processes.

 Extract data from various sources to create datasets

 Assist in various applications development, maintaining documentation, and analytics
