Capco is looking for strong Business Analysts in India. The role offers a great opportunity to work with leading global clients of Capco.

Experience: 6-12 years

• Excellent core Business Analysis skills covering
• requirements gathering, process modelling, data analysis and gap analysis
• Ability to comfortably work with senior stakeholders, both business and technology. Support prioritisation activities comfortable with constructive challenge.
• Excellent communication skills. Able to work well with 3rd party clients to capture requirements and communicate solutions.
• Selects appropriate techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders.
• Defines user acceptance tests.
• Experience of working in an agile delivery team (user stories, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, business rules)
• Practical experience of the agile change lifecycle and the BA role within it.
• Comfortable working in cross-skilled delivery teams (working collaboratively with UX, Devs, Test and delivery).
• Industry experience Life Insurance and Pensions (preferable UK market)
