Define and drive industry best practices for the Client Ops and Python.
Perform incidents analysis routed by help desk across Sage maker, Python, S3, Snowflake.
Security user addition, attend to report failures, refreshing Tableau extracts.
Support code deployment from dev, test to prod.
Support performance monitoring & integration tasks during optimize phase.
Monitor loading jobs, queries and reports for performance breaches & issues.
Weekly reporting of incidents handled, issues, fixes, work arounds
