Experience – 2.0 to 6.0 yrs

Location – Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

JD:

• At least 2/+ years experience as a Business/Functional Analyst and administrating the ServiceNow Platform.

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or another related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Broad exposure to IT infrastructure and application landscape, ideally with technical depth in a discipline/IT Service Management process.

Certifications Preferred:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM).

• ITIL v4 Foundation.
