We are hiring Data Analyst (in HR) for our client (top investment banking) in Pune Location
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Developing new and/or run standard reports and dashboards using Oracle BI reporting tool (Taleo-OBIEE), PowerBI and Excel
- Breaking out metrics and prepare for distribution to various business partners, sometimes combining data from different sources
- Managing and interpreting data to identify trends, YOY comparisons, insights and recommendations
- Drawing conclusions from data and providing analysis for roll up presentations
- Supporting Taleo OBIEE reports, dashboards, and agents changes, issue resolution and new scheduled reports build
- Driving data quality initiatives and performing checks to verify the completeness and accuracy of the data
Your skills and experience
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel skills required to perform data analysis (calculations, pivot tables, data comparison, data presentation)
- Taleo OBIEE or any BI tools – Cognos, SAP BO, MicroStrategy, etc.,
- Visualization tools – Power BI, Tableau or any other visualization tools, report development experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to understand the client’s requests and propose and execute solutions that fit their needs
- Ability to prioritize one’s own activities/tasks to ensure achievement of all breakthroughs and goals
Mandatory Skills
4- 8 years of experience into Data analysis, Reporting, HR Data Reporting with excellent communication skills and strong advanced excel skills (mandate) & macros.
