• Assists business stakeholders in defining and pitching Epics with tangible business value.
• Creating the requirements in the form of user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.
• Reviewing user stories with users to make sure that every business rule is covered, and the acceptance criteria meet the user story functionality.
• Gather, analyze and consolidate the data relevant to Functional requirement
• Document customer requirements and Design Specifications in terms of BRDs, FRDs, SDDs, Test Cases, User Manual, Wireframes etc.
• Participate in full life cycle of Design, Development and Testing phases
• Conduct Functional testing and assist in User Acceptance Testing
• Maintain requirements traceability
• Participate in project planning and tracking activities
• Assist in analysis, tracking and resolution of issues post deployment
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
• Work closely with Stakeholders to establish exact requirements and manage expectations
• Establish and maintain trustworthy, professional relationships with clients and internal business lines
• Delivers study of epics (Project, Initiative) by performing initial business analysis of requirements and the current Digital landscape
• Designs fit-for-purpose solutions, taking into consideration the architecture vision, agile way of working, as well as privacy and security principles
• Coordinates activities across Digital teams and manages dependencies.
• Should be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and has the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.
• Working with the application owner and the stakeholders to understand the scope, suggest improvements to the requirements, etc.
• Understanding of various application integration methods
• Risk analysis – Repercussions of feature implementation in projects
• Participate in Tool demos, and Analyze features wrt to user requirements
• Create and Update Enterprise Architecture repository.

Good to have skills –

• Modern software development practices such as DevOps and related tooling and framework
• Awareness of Security and privacy in IT, including GDPR and other related regulations and rules
• Preferably a computer science engineering graduate.
