Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage knowledge base of key financial and operational measures
• Demonstrate an understanding of data governance modeling, tools, and practices
• Provide data stewardship to ensure performance metrics have defined owners, attribution, and quality certification
• Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and Operations teams to enable to build and maintain metric metadata in the Collibra governance platform
• Maintain the Enterprise Performance Framework (EPF) metric hierarchy
• Build and maintain reporting to track the completion of metric documentation and data quality
• Align governance of performance management data assets with enterprise-wide governance practices
• Identify and manage data quality in alignment with the needs of the business
• Document technical data lineage & transformations to build reporting efficiencies for Data Engagement Platform (DEP) and non-DEP enabled metrics
• Ensure key metric data in monthly reporting is validated by data source owners and dashboard changes are authorized by functional owners
• Ensures complete protection of data with all policies as it relates to visibility and distribution
• Identify and communicate insights and potential upstream/downstream impacts and opportunities to customers, business, and/or enterprise leaders.
• Exemplify effective communication and change management skills to varying audiences.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Background in finance or accounting

Preferred qualifications

• PMP certification or background in project management
• Background or experience in process governance
• Background or experience in data analytics
• Strong communication skills
