Required and Mandatory Skills:
- Candidate must have preferred degree in IT or similar subject.
- Accurately perceive, understand, and solve problems for better delivery.
- Good to have knowledge on consumer Banking.
- Hands on experience in SAS, Credit Risk Policy understanding and MS office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Role will include the following job responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, supervise and evaluate Credit Risk policy validation in line with the production release.
- Prior experience in report automation.
- Write macros to simplify dataset commands.
- Efficient timelines throughout the policy validation process and highlight outliers which are not in compliance with Risk Manuals.
- Liaison with Products and Strategy teams to understand and develop the SAS codes for respective product policies.
- Be fairly hands-on and be able to understand technical issues and seek as needed. Build client relationships.
- Occasional travel within and outside the country.
- Coach and mentor junior analysts and quality audits of their deliverables.
- Establish process rigor and should be a transformation evangelist.
- Keep abreast with industry trends and tap into expertise to influence the adoption of new technologies in the data management space.
