Position Summary
- Manage vendor database to support Purchase to Pay activities.
- Work with various business stakeholders and external vendors to shape and define consistent data management practices.
- Perform routine data management activities like analysis, cleansing, and reporting
- Monitor and maintain vendor master data to ensure high data quality in line with the standard process.
- Responsible for maintenance of vendor master file including obtaining documents required for establishing new vendors.
- Respond to requester & Verify the data Submitted.
- Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
II) Person Specification:a) Essential Qualifications:
- B.Com
- SAP Knowledge preferred
- English Proficiency is critical due to international nature of work
b) Requisite Skills:
- Technical
- Must possess expert level skills with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Behavioral
- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Customer Centric with solution understanding capability
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be willing to accept challenges and highly dynamic in nature.
- Good grasping and aptitude to change as per business needs.
c) Work Experience
- Experience 2 years in a service provider telecom background.
