Job Location: Delhi
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on completing the given task along with maintaining turnaround times set by the customer service manager
2. Working with the team for revenue fulfillment activities
3. Working on customer & product data requirements
4. Managing the billing, mapping, identification of gaps/errors & working on their resolutions
5. Responding to internal & external customer queries
6. Liaisoning with internal departments as required to meet customers’ needs
